Introductory Balance Classes

Sitting Comfortably for the Digital Age.

Our Intro class has a new name. Sign up for this 2-hour Spinefulness sitting experience and take control of feeling better every day, even while using your digital devices. Relieve your back and joints and enlighten your posture. Find out the underlying eye-opening cause of why you have pain. Experience how a few simple shifts in how you sit make you feel better over and over again. You will leave the class feeling much better than when you entered. An individual assessment gives you the information on where exactly the problem lies and what to do. In addition, we will provide you with a digital before and after photo to share with friends/family.

Why do people in some countries have no pain?

80% of the population in the United States suffers from back pain, compared to only 10% in many other countries, such as Portugal and Greece. These healthy people move slightly differently than we do.

The teaching at the Balance Center is based on 35 years of research among these healthy populations. When you stand, bend, sit, and walk as these people do, your pain will be significantly reduced or eliminated.
