We travel around the country to teach beginning, advanced, and special topic Balance classes. Join us to immerse yourself in the benefits of natural posture.


Learn to sit, stand, bend, walk, sit in your car, lift and carry, lie on your side and back without pain. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PHYSICAL CLASS YOU WILL EVER TAKE. You will become aware of what you are doing that is causing you pain, and at the end of the seminar you will know what to do to feel better. This course is a huge "eye-opener'. Students report over and over again that they are so much more aware, and so happy to know what to do when something hurts. You can do this, it is good for you. Save yourself!


For out-of-towners or locals who want to take Foundations over one weekend can join our Weekend Foundations Intensive. Basic back and joint safety is emphasized in sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and sleeping pain free.

Learn how to teach: Spinefulness and/or deepening their own practice simultaneously. To become a Certified Instructor, you must take this intensive five times, accumulating 200 hours of class time.

Prequisite: Foundations

You may take the Teacher Training Program as a path to become certified, or just to get a deeper understanding of Balance and to build your community of Balance.

This is a 3-class series. Each hour class gives kids ages 10 and up the space to explore how to be straight and relaxed.
