In this 5-class series, join us to learn the best way to live your life without pain. We'll work on proper ways to sit, stand, bend, and walk, as well as how to sit in your car, lift and carry, lie on your side and back.

SPINEFULNESS TEACHER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM:

Pre-Requisite: Foundations (See a November Weekend  Foundations Intensive on Sat- Sun Nov 8 & 9.)

Requirements:120 hours of Teacher Training Hours, taken at your own pace.
Assistanting requirements-  8 Intro classes and 4 Foundation classes.
Note: This is an awareness cultivation practice which dives deeply into common everday positions.

ON-GOING TEACHER TRAINING CLASSES
($65/drop-in or $240 for 4 classes)
This course is for locals who are looking to expand their skill set and learn new ways to present Spinefulness practices to their students. Classes are on-going. Teachers accumulate hours towards their certification on their own pace. Teachers may wish to pair this class with the Teacher Practice class that immediately precedes it. Pre-requisite Foundations.

Pre-Requisite Foundations.
This course is for those interested in teaching Spinefulness and deepening their own practice simultaneously. Designed for people who want to accumulate their 120 hour class requirement in an intensive setting.

Class for Youth

The mechanical alignments essential for strength and flexibility are presented through slide shows, guidelines and individual assessment. Students will know what to do to be stronger sitting at their desks, texting, and in their athletic endeavors. Posture improves dramatically as strength and flexibility maximize.

Thursdays, on-going, 4:15 -- 5:15 pm. Begins first Thursday in Sept, 2014.
